COLONY is a Trinidadian producer and DJ with more than a decade spent exploring electronic music, production and the culture surrounding independent artists. His work has been released through multiple labels, while his approach to audience-building earned recognition as a featured success story in The SoundCloud Bible. At Geist Haus, COLONY brings an instinct for bold electronic textures, modern production and music designed to live beyond the studio.

I WANT EVERYTHING IN BLACK
For the alternative apparel brand, we built a garage-punk sonic identity using real punk musicians and genuine DIY recording practices. The result was the ferocious original track “I Want Everything In Black”—a song that sounds unmistakably like the brand.
MEAT MANIA
Every sound began with meat preparation: grill sizzle, frying, pans struck and tools in motion. We recorded the source material specifically for the project, transformed it through sound design and composed it into a memorable audio signature.
